Sign up now for 3 months of nutrition coaching appointments with Tensegrity Biomechanics Lab. We focus on the latest science and methods for nutrition. We love talking about food and are excited to help you love your new diet.
These appointments will include nutrition education, strategy and accountability. We will walk you through the social media fads around nutrition and lead you to the science-based facts with our in-person nutrition lessons. In this package you get 12, 60 minute appointments for one-on-one coaching in our office.
We have found that people who track their food eat less and therefore lose weight faster. Which is why we love diaries. You will keep a daily meal diary and then review it with us during each appointment. We will teach you how to do this so it becomes an easy new habit for every meal. This will show us where you need help and how to make a strategy for you.
We will give you a personalized nutrition guidebook helping you with recipes for ideal calories, proteins, carbs and fats. This is a 20+ page document made by us, for only you. Outlining all the details for your nutrition goals. Making decisions clear at the grocery store, restaurants and in the kitchen.
We will also throw in a bonus item just for this package deal. A new Hume Bodypod Scale. This Scale tracks your body fat and muscle mass. It normally costs $220, we will give it to you for free on your first appointment. We will help you set it up with the app and take your first reading. Then we will watch your trends and changes over time.

If you sign up before December 25th, 2026, we will even give you a Christmas present. Since we know everyone will be hitting the gym extra hard after New Year. We want to make sure your muscles and joints are healthy. So we will give you a free 2hr joint evaluation to check range of motion, identify tight muscles and help you with injury prevention. This will be with one of our Medical Massage Specialists in our office. These appointments normally cost $200.
