Build Better Movement From the Ground Up

Corrective exercise at Tensegrity Biomechanics Lab is designed to improve strength, coordination, stability, and movement patterns based on what your body actually needs. Rather than following a generic workout plan, exercises are selected according to your assessment findings and long-term goals.

Targeted Movement for Better Function

Corrective exercise focuses on strengthening weak muscles, improving coordination, and addressing imbalances that may be affecting the way you move. The goal is to help your body work more efficiently so everyday movement feels stronger, more stable, and more comfortable.

This service may be helpful for clients dealing with weakness, instability, limited mobility, recurring discomfort, or movement patterns that no longer feel as strong or reliable as they once did. It can also support people who want to stay active and capable as they age.

What to Expect

Your plan begins with assessment to identify areas of weakness, restriction, poor coordination, or imbalance. Exercises are then selected around those findings and progressed as your strength, mobility, and control improve.

Corrective exercise may also be used alongside medical massage when both release and strengthening are needed to support better movement over time.

Build Strength That Supports the Way You Live

Start with an assessment to better understand where weakness or imbalance may be limiting your movement. From there, Tensegrity can build a more focused plan to help you move with greater strength and confidence.
