01. Assess

Your first appointment is a two-hour initial assessment focused on your health history, primary concerns, joint function, range of motion, pain levels, and muscle health. The goal is to build a clear picture of what is happening before recommending a course of care.

This first step helps identify areas of weakness, restriction, compensation, or imbalance so your plan can be based on what your body is actually showing.

02. Address

Your findings guide a plan that may include medical massage, corrective exercise, nutrition coaching, or a combination of services. Early care typically focuses on reducing symptoms and improving the strength, balance, coordination, and mobility needed for everyday activity.

As your body responds, the plan can be adjusted so care continues to match your progress rather than following a fixed routine.

03. Progress

Once daily movement is more comfortable, a 90-minute fitness test can evaluate cardiovascular fitness, joint stability, core function, and major muscle-group imbalances. Ongoing care then focuses on maintaining progress, supporting long-term goals, and developing a practical self-care plan.

The goal is to help you understand your body well enough to protect the progress you have made and continue moving forward with greater confidence.
