Care Built Around What Your Body Needs

Tensegrity Biomechanics Lab combines medical massage, corrective exercise, and nutrition coaching to improve muscle health, reduce symptoms, and support better movement over time. Each service can be used individually or as part of a larger plan based on what your assessment reveals.

Three Services. One Personalized Approach.

Your body does not operate in separate pieces, so your care should not either. Tensegrity brings hands-on treatment, movement training, and nutrition together to help address the areas that may be limiting your progress.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching provides individualized guidance designed to support body composition, muscle development, and broader health goals. The current Tensegrity approach includes customized nutrition planning rather than a one-size-fits-all program.

Corrective Exercise

Corrective exercise helps strengthen weak muscles, improve coordination, and address muscle imbalances that may be affecting the way you move. Your exercises are selected around your individual findings and goals.

Medical Massage

Medical massage focuses on releasing overworking muscles, reducing symptoms, and improving range of motion. Treatment is targeted to the areas identified through assessment rather than following a standard massage routine.

How the services work together

Tensegrity may combine massage and training so muscles can both relax and become stronger, helping create more lasting improvements in movement and function. Nutrition coaching can also be incorporated when diet or body-composition goals are part of the larger picture.

Your assessment helps determine where to begin and which services make sense for you, rather than automatically placing every client into the same treatment plan.

Not Sure Which Service You Need?

You do not have to figure that out on your own. Start with an assessment so the Tensegrity team can better understand your concerns, identify what needs attention, and recommend the right path forward.
